Cannot add smilies and other functionalities when posting[SOLVED]

Hello, I'm with a strange problem... I don't know if this is with my browser or with the forums...I cannot put smilies,tags, etc. during my posts...Is someone having the same problem? Plz help...

I usually put them in manually so I can not quite remember.... but did there used to be a toolbar with buttons you could click to add these things?

A toolbar was there when we were using phpbb for the forum software.

*shakes head* looks like someone got rid of it, even though I told them I'd take care of the upgrade when 1.3 came out. Ho hum.

I think I give up.

I am pretty sure that at least a toolbar with the buttons for code and urls was there very recently, much time after we shifted away from phpbb. I do not know about smilies because I do not use smilies.

Looks like it happened when some hot-fixes were applied yesterday. Until then. read the link Snowman gave and do it manually.
