DBUS not starting due to missing user

Hi!
Yesterday I was doing a fresh install of arch64, but after reboot dbus couldn't start, because there was no dbus group and user in the system.
As I can see in post_install script, there were functions creating dbus user and group. Of course I solved the problem by manually executing those functions, but I am wondering, why this problem exisits and why user isn't created during dbus install?

Problem is quite common as you could notice by searching forum.

If you think it's a common problem how about filing a bug report.  Would likely help more people than just posting in the forum.  Just a suggestion. wink
