Programs on different desktop still in panel (KDE4)

My google magic has failed me.  Basically, I have 4 virtual desktops... I keep irc and my music player on one, and my browser and im on another.  The problem is that all 4 of my programs show on the panel no matter which desktop I am on.  I have looked through the settings manager in KDE 4 but I can't seem to find the option I'm looking for.  Anyone know?

Right click the task manager -> task manager settings
