How to have a custom background at kernel boot?

Hello everyone, I want to have a custom background at kernel boot since arch doesn't have a graphical loader (just like ubuntu,xp..).  It would be nice to see my favorite image during this boot process..:D

Any tips?

Thanks in advance...
