Archiveur - IRC logging bot

I wrote an IRC logging bot with an Arch-themed web interface for the archlinuxfr.org website when it was still alive. Now that it has closed, I decided to release in case somebody would find it a use. The bot itself doesn't do much more than logging and uses python-irclib, and the interface is a simple Python CGI script. It lacks documentation but I'm lazy It's not as if it were difficult to use anyway.
