evdev update -> xserver crashes on ctrl+c

Hey there after the latest xserver and evdev update, my xserver crashes everytime I press ctrl+c,  independent from the application I use the shortcut in.
This is the outout from /var/log/errors.log:

Dec 20 11:40:28 box kdm[2867]: X server for display :0 terminated unexpectedly
Dec 20 11:41:14 box pci 0000:01:00.0: BAR 6: can't allocate mem resource [0xf0000000-0xefffffff]

Might be in conjunction with my nvidia card which has this pci id.

I downgraded xorg which didnt help (since I forgot evdev) and then changed my keyboard back to the old keyboard driver and now everything's fine.
Has anybody alse encountered this or might it be my config?
