System Settings - KDE Resources

Hello everyone,

I have a very simple question... What exactly does KDE->System Settings->Advanced->KDE Resources do?? The "Help" button on this window doesn't work (at least on my computer) and http://docs.kde.org doesn't say a thing... I'm giving up after a few hours of search... Does anyone know what it does or point me in the right direction? I'm sure there is some docs on it somewhere, it's just that I can't find it.

Thanks a lot!

Re: System Settings - KDE Resources

As you might know, the PIM applications are slowly migrating to a new sql-based framework called Akonadi. Earlier resources for calendar, mail, addresses, etc. as well others such as as remote resources are supported in parallel. You can set which resources to use and which ones to be standard (i.e. are to be written to).
