Xchat problems

whenever I post a message I get this

#archlinux :Please register with sevices and use IDENTIFY command (/msg nickserv help) to speak in this channel

How do i do that? I have never had to mess with anything in xchat before. Illoked on the xchat faq at their homepage but nothing was there about this. Help please.

there is no problem with xchat. you only need to register to be able to talk on #archlinux

/msg nickserv help register

-NickServ- Syntax: REGISTER <password> <email-address>
-NickServ-
-NickServ- Examples:
-NickServ- /msg NickServ REGISTER bar foo@bar.com

Wait!!! 1 more thing! Everything I type in is spell checked and shows up wrong. What am i missing

You probably need to install aspell or something like that

Install aspell + aspell-<whateverlanguageyouwant>
