I don't know if I'm getting this wrong but why wpa_supplicant is on base while wireless_tools is not? When I install arch I need to be quite careful to remember selecting wireless_tools from support. So, what is the reason of excluding this package? Thanks.
IMHO, wireless_tools provide a much simpler functionality which is not covered by wpa_supplicant. These tools are complementary, that's why (IMHO, again) should be on base.
Thanks again.
They say that if you play a Win cd backward you hear satanic messages. That's nothing! 'cause if you play it forwards, it installs windows.
