(Solved) Change Evolution default language

In Edit > Preferences > Composer Preferences, the default language is Turkish. (Turkish?!) How do I install other languages like English?

Evolution help states that the language list depends on installed aspell dictionaries, so maybe just install aspell-en. But for me, apart from Polish, that I do have installed, the list contains Turkish and Hebrew as well. I have none of these dictionaries; is it some kind of Middle East conspiracy?

Try to paste "Reply of the Zaporozhian Cossacks to Sultan Mehmed IV" (the letter, not the painting) into Composer, maybe the Cossacks would defeat Turks and you'll get Ukrainian dictionary instead? )
