Hello,
I've installed ktorrent from repos on Gnome and the program looks ugly, like windows 95 and don't appear any icon.
Any suggestion or comments about this?

I'd say yaourt -S qgtkstyle, but I don't remember anymore what version of Qt current ktorrent uses. If it's Qt4, then you can use qgtkstyle to make it use your GNOME theme.

Thanks for the answer,
I've installed qgtkstyle from AUR (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=16964) and the theme works. But still no icon. Screenshot:

If you're using gnome, why not try a gtk bittorrent client? As Wintervenom suggests, you could try Transmission, Deluge is nice too, or if you're feeling console happy, you could use rtorrent

Hello,
Try setting an icon theme at the end of " .kde4/share/config/kdeglobals "
I use XFCE so mine is:
[Icons]
Theme=Rodent
ASRock N68C-GS FX motherboard
AMD X2 240 @ 2.8G
Nvidia 9500GT @ 1G
Kingston 800Mhz DDR2 @ 4G

I use Deluge, but I want to be prepared for Amarok and K3b update for KDE4. I'm trying use Exaile and Brasero, but I don't feel good with these lasts yet. More over, we have to have a way to support KDE4 apps on Gnome anyway.

Have you tried tips from http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Uni … d_GTK_apps ?
Installing qgtkstyle and running qtconfig made my qt4 apps look exctacly like those using GTK2.
Good luck.

Do, or do not. There is no try. [Yoda]

I think you should have "systemsettings" you can set the icons theme in there.
If that still doesn't work (or there's no icons themes) you can try installing the oxygen icon theme, it's the default for KDE 4
