Sox filter for radio

Hi!

I listen to the radio via my Pinnacle PCTV Card using Gnomeradio and sox:

sox -c 2 -r 32000 -t alsa hw:1,0 -t alsa hw:0,0

The problem is that the quality isn't very satisfying, there is some noise in the higher frequencies.
To solve this, I would like to use the filter functions in sox, e.g. a lowpass filter.

Can somebody tell me how to apply this filter? I only found examples with files (e.g. "sox tmp.ogg file.ogg lowp 3400")...

Thanks in advance!

Re: Sox filter for radio

Thanks for your searching but unfortunately this only works with files (as I mentioned above) and not with direct ALSA streaming smile
