Usb scanner not work

Hi all, I have problem with my scanner/printer (Epson DX4250), dmesg return error and scanner don't work:
..
usbfs: interface 1 claimed by usblp while 'scanimage' sets config #1
..

If manually remove module "usblp" ..scanner return to work ..and naturally printer no

Found much reference in google for this OLD problem, is necessary patch sane-backend before compile ..read this:

As for patch you will either have to build package yourself or file a bug/package request
