agetty line scrolling

From my .Xdefaults:

Rxvt*keysym.Shift-Up:   command:\033]720;1\007
Rxvt*keysym.Shift-Down: command:\033]721;1\007

This allows me to move one line up/down with shift + arrow up/down on the urxvt. I'm trying to get the same behavior on the agetty, any ideas?
