qt program font crappy

Hi

I use qtconfig to configure fonts for my qt programs
it works well with programs like qtcreator etc
but doesn't seem to work on kdesvn, which is a qt4 program

so my question is do we use qtconfig to configure all qt programs ?
i remember there seems to be a qt4config
