One, did you add the [archlinux-fr] repository? Two, no there is not. I'm thinking about creating one, however...
[archlinuxfr]
Server = http://repo.archlinux.fr/i686
#Or, for 64-bit:
[archlinuxfr]
Server = http://repo.archlinux.fr/x86_64

Binaries for Yaourt, paman-color, colordiff, customizepkg, and an assortment of other packages are maintained in that repo.

ok thanks, you got msn windervenom?

The actual problem was that that package depends on a version of pacman that is still in [testing]. You could have also just edited the depends line in the PKGBUILD to 3.2.1.b.
But being an [archlinuxfr] user myself, I second Windervenom's suggestion

In /etc/yaourtrc, uncomment PacmanBin and set it to pacman-color.
