Looks fine to me.  You might want to comment out a few more mirrors so you are only using those near you.

Are all the mirrors all the same?

Essentially,  Some update faster than others and you will be probably be able to download faster for those geographically closer to you.  Pacman will only use the top one anyway, unless it can't find the file you are trying to download which should be rare.

Try using rankmirror, too. It will rank all those mirrors putting the fastest ones at the top.

I'm going to have to ask you to elaborate, why do you need to determine that?

Incase I delete the wrong mirrors, but I'm guessing I only need one of the mirrors right?

I couldn't find any documentation on the repo list alone

Re: I'm not sure I have the right repo lists.

All mirrors will have the packages from core, extra and community.  To see what packages are in a repo, do "pacman -Sl <repo>".  Although, in general, this is not important to know.

Yes, you only need one.

But you shouldn't delete the others! Just comment out the rest by placing a # infront of the Server = blabla... If  you do that, pacman will ignore that line and continue with the next.
