I installed Arch using HTTP/FTP install, and it worked fine, downloaded all packages.
after i reboot to use arch for the first time, DHCP fails , with "time out". Tryed to set the ip/netmask/gateway using ifconfig, but it doesn't work
i thought that was my network card , then tryed the other one, and it didn't work too.

Double checked you cabels?
post the output of ifconfig -a.
Before you tried dhcp did you bring up your network interface with ifconfig "yourinterface" up?

cables are ok, i'm at the same pc (under Windows) and works fine, and at the install worked fine too, just reboot and it doesn't works anymore!
ifconfig -a :
dhcpcd eth0 :
sorry for the images, couldn't think other way to show that, cause network doesn't works, and have no pendrive to save a txt file

The images are excellent
Everything seems fine, since your windows installation works fine we can rule out any router error.
Problems like these often have a simple solution, like a cable not properly connected. Especially since the FTP-install went fine.
My only guess is that you've maybe confused the two network interfaces and that you're trying to run dhcpcd on the one that doesn't have the network cabel connected.
If not, then we'll have to wait for smarter archers

i tryed run on eth1 b4 posting here, without changing the cable, it goes without errors , but changes nothing at "ifconfig -a", so eth0 is the right one.
