Blurry bold Tahoma font [solved]

Hi,

For a long time i've had this problem under arch and haven't yet found a solution for it - bold Tahoma font both in browsers and in desktop are blurry.
Here's a screenshot to illustrate the issue:

It might be a missing setting in fonts.conf file, but I haven't yet found a correct fix for this issue.
