Where is mutt's header cache?

hey guys,

when I try to open a compressed mailbox with mutt(ng), it segfaults.  I'd like to clear the header cache to see if that fixes the problem, but I have no idea where it is or how to do it.  I tried to specify one in my .muttrc to no avail.  help?

Re: Where is mutt's header cache?

You tried to set it with something like:
set header_cache="~/.mutt/cached_headers"

My mutt (not -ng) doesn't cache headers by default, check your muttrc manpage, which should mention the default for the header_cache option.

Also, look it /etc to see the global config file.
