wireless card with ath9k flaky [solved]

Since I upgraded to 2.6.28, my wireless card that used the ath9k module has been flaky. It worked solidly under the most last 2.6.27 release, but in .28 it stays up for a couple minutes, then I lose my connection for a minute, then it's stable for a few more minutes, then down for a minute, etc.

Any known fixes, or should I go back to 2.6.27.10?

I believe kernel 2.6.28.1 resolve this issue. You can install it from testing.
