One question Dusty, is the ring one size only??

No, if you order one, you'd have to give me your ring size and it will be made to fit.

It may be a weird question to ask, but does any of the money go to Arch Linux as a donation, or is it just a payment to the jeweller? Cause I guess that's a nice way to donate cash to this project (if it's only payment for the labour + work + shipment, I'd even pay more so I would get the feeling Arch gets something from my money).

I can't remember the exact number off the top of my head, and it depends on the currency rate, but I think about $5 from each sale go back to Arch.

To be completely honest and transparent and all that, the money goes back to me, but I keep track and will be pointing it back to Arch. Right now, the cash is going to pay off the debt on the unsold USB keys...

Wow, these are great! I really want the pedant - even though I haven't tried Arch yet. big_smile
(Unfortunately I can't afford it at the moment; poor student, you see).

I have a fat hand, can you tell me the ring's diameter so that I know if I can wear it?
BTW, is it real silver?

The jeweller will make it to whatever ring size you request. Just tell me what size and what country's measurement its in since it seems like every country has a different ring sizing method.

Yep! I can also have them made in white/yellow/red gold or in platinum, but its not cheap. (I'd have to double check, but I think its about $700 USD in gold and $3000 USD in platinum)

Re: OMG Silver! (Arch Linux Jewellery)

So how do I know what size is my finger? I mean how do I measure it?

Its best to ask a jeweller to size it for you. Just walk into any jewellery store, they should give you the size for free.

Re: OMG Silver! (Arch Linux Jewellery)

Does he take custom crafting orders? A pendant with the logo within a circle, like a pentagram, will be nice. Thinner/lighter the better. I don't mind cheap material either. In fact, I believe aluminium sells. Anyway, I don't mind paying a little more premium if he can get it done (provided it's still through our schwag).

I need real, proper pen and paper for this.

I'll ask. Send me an e-mail if I don't get back to you.

In a flurry, all blurry, eating curry, in a hung jury.

I mean... I sent him an e-mail, will see what he says. :-)
