Looking for a POP mail checker for xfce4?

Hi,

Is there any pop mail checker for xfce4? Something like mail notification ( http://www.nongnu.org/mailnotify/ )?
Oh, and I don't want to install gnome or kde stuff!

if you use gkrellm there is a plugin for checking your mail.
