Re: Thank you (Solved)

Runescape is written in java, so yes you need java.

Java is as simple as

pacman -S jre

Maybe you need to log out/log back in?  JRE, I think, is installed in /opt, so it is necessary to resource /etc/profile file so the path variable gets updated.

You better respond with an answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude...this is not a good way to title a post in a free support forum. But since I'm so nice, I'll give you an answer anyway: Baltimore!

That aside, I prefer using openjdk6, a free implementation of the Java runtime environment. Works for me.

Re: Thank you (Solved)

I agree with the above... we better respond? Seriously. I like helping out people, but not when they demand help 'or else'. If it's a joke, sorry, but it's not a very good one. People help others here as a _favor_. We're not paid drones.

Especially when half of your question is addressed in the Wiki.

EDIT: Others beat me to it - don't want to seem like I'm beating a dead horse, sorry.

Age is no excuse for lack of manners smile. And, if a user can run Arch when he's 13, I guess he can also check pacman for how it does what it does - the manual, the help files, the wiki.

On that note - we hope everybody learns. Closing.
