[SOLVED] pacman -Syu does not update unstable

Whenever I try to run pacman -Syu I get this error, which does not allow me to update [unstable]:

[root@box ~]# pacman -Syu
:: Synchronizing package databases...
 core is up to date
 extra is up to date
 community is up to date
error: failed retrieving file 'unstable.db.tar.gz' from mirrors.easynews.com : Not Found
error: failed to update unstable (Not Found)
:: Starting full system upgrade...
 local database is up to date

I have tried other mirrors with the same outcome. 
/etc/pacman.conf reads:

[unstable]
Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

I have tried pacman -Sy and pacman -Syy but they do not solve the problem.

there is no unstable, use testing.

Okay.  That is a simple fix.  How long has it been deprecated?  I have not gotten this error until a few days ago.
