How to get a .desktop file running a program in a terminal?

Okay, I know you create freedesktop.org standards compliant .desktop files in ~/Desktop, adding a line:

Terminal=true

to make the program open in a terminal. But, it doesn't work for me because, presumably, the system doesn't know which terminal command to actually run. hmm

I'm using PCManFM as my desktop manager under Openbox, and using lxterminal. I've told PCManFM to use lxterminal in its preferences.
