Unable to upgrade system - Solved.

Hello,

I'm unable to upgrade my system - after issuing the command:

pacman -Syu

I've even tried clearing the cache of the pacman database:

pacman -Sc

and then tried the system upgrade with the same results..

What I'm getting is:

checking package integrity...
(67/67) checking for file conflicts [#####################] 100%
error: could not prepare transaction
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
klibc: /usr/lib/klibc/include/asm/Kbuild exists in filesystem
klibc: /usr/lib/klibc/include/asm/a.out.h exists in filesystem
klibc: /usr/lib/klibc/include/asm/acpi.h exists in filesystem
klibc: /usr/lib/klibc/include/asm/agp.h exists in filesystem

There's a lot more of the same thing about ".h" files exists in the filesystem

and the last line it states:

Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Help?  Sorry.. I've tried googling for this problem and couldn't find anything.

Thanks!

Read the news, search the forums. This has been posted at least 20 times, I would say.
