Hey Guys.
I've trying to get my MythTV Center up and running compiled with Myth zoneminder - so build the packages from AUR:
With important messages in log I get this at starttime of mythfrontend - And then closes mythtv:

The problems appears to be that mainmenu.xml doesn't exist. This file should be in /usr/share/mythtv/.

Perhaps you should also post the console output of the working non-svn package to compare with? There's lots of stuff there that may be non-fatal or not, I'm not sure.

Well - I found the problem.
There seems to be a mismatch between the version from core - to the SVN version - protocol 40/43.
So I deleted ~.mythtv and started again - and it worked liuke a charm.
So what the differences between the xml files - I don't know, buit that did the trick for me
