No keyboard and mouse with Xorg

I've just installed Xorg, and configured it with "xorgcfg -textmode".
When I say "startx" I get the standard x screen with 3 xterm open but mouse or keyboard doesn't work. I had to power down the machine.
I'll send the xorg.conf as soon as I figure out how to paste it with elinks
I just thought maybe it's a known problem...

Or you can install xf86-input-evdev. One of those should work.
