I was using 2.6.27-arch , the previous one, everything was fine, i updated with pacman , the new kernel,
while it is booting it comes to a stage where it probes PCI ...... things like that and just hangs on. no further going than that, so i had to downgrade again to 2.6.27 which works perfectly fine.
labtop: toshiba satellite 1135
processor: intel celeron.
it just hangs in middle , so i can;t show you guys output, what could be the reason? any clues, i tired adding
clocksource=hpet
as well as clocksource=acpi_pm ... but nothing,
kernel hangs when it gets to that point.

You mean it stops at 'Loading udev' event, or not even that far. If its getting to udev try leave it for quite a while, even though it appears frozen it sometimes reaches a timeout and keeps going.
Something to try just as a blind hunch, blacklist (or unblacklist if it is already) pcspkr in rc.conf.

no man, not that far, i know udev sometime sucks and hangs on for a while, it stops in probing stage, when you just boot, it hangs at the PCI probing stage ,,, any ideas how or what may be causing this ?

Did you try the kernel option "pci=routeirq" or "pci=noacpi" or any of the other common option to try when you can't boot?
