Yeah, works for me, too.

Interestingly enough, the update also resolves some other USB problems.  My USB bluetooth adapter refused to work with VirtualBox with 2.6.28, but that issue has been fixed.

Works for me too now (at least), but it is a lot slower as before. I have to wait several seconds for the "Password or swipe finger:" question after running "sudo <command>" in terminal and the same amount of time to be able to sucessfully swipe my finger. Anyone else with similar problem?

No problems for me. I have custom compiled 2.6.28.2 kernel (no additional patches related to USB or FingerPrint reader) and I have compiled ThinkFinger myself with patch I posted earlier...
Works brilliant even after suspend and hibernate, which was my secondary goal smile
