[Solved] Offlineimap and Python - No UIs were found usable

I have searched the forums and found similar threads, but most of the people seemed to be able to run their apps. Offlineimap does not work at all thought.

Here is what I get:

$ offlineimap 
/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/offlineimap/folder/Maildir.py:23: DeprecationWarning: the md5 module is deprecated; use hashlib instead
  import os.path, os, re, time, socket, md5
ERROR: No UIs were found usable!

What can I do?

set it to use another interface-style
offlineimap -u TTY.TTYUI for example. and then set it in your config

Dear konni,

Thank you very much for that advise. I thought the error messages were connected in a way. But of course they are not.

Changing caps fixed it.
