Hey Supernewb here. After a terrible keyboard response problem with the Buntu systems I thought I'd give Arch a try. Now I installed GRUB did the reboot and I'm now at myhost login. I'm not quite sure what to enter here?

Enter root, give the password you set during the installation, start rolling out your dream system.

First of all, welcome to arch!
You should log in as "root" and whatever password you set during your install.
http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Beginners_Guide will give you some further insight...
EDIT: Beat me to it ;-)

ok so login
username: root
password: what ever you picked during the cd installation.
now you don't want to stay as root so create another account
type
adduser
and then follow instructions. also look at the beginners guide in the wiki section.
