Mounting CIFS.. I can't see japanese font

Hi there, I can't see the japanese fonts when I mount my CIFS share.

sudo mount -t cifs //xx.xxx.xxx/foldername -o user=xxxx /home/xxx/shares

Is there anything wrong? forldername is a NTFS folder. It mounts the folder but it doesnt display kanji correctly and I can't open anything.

Re: Mounting CIFS.. I can't see japanese font

man 8 mount.cifs

       iocharset
Charset used to convert local path names to and from Unicode. Unicode is used by default for network
path names if the server supports it. If iocharset is not specified then the nls_default specified
during the local client kernel build will be used. If server does not support Unicode, this parameter
           is unused.
