Forum Etiquette already covers the first section.. the 2nd section with the FAQ might be a useful addition though.

Forum etiquette doesn't really cover it, plus there's too much packed into that page for most people to read it. I've removed that section from the bbsfaq page though, because it doesn't really fit (although I still think it's relevant).
