Hi everyone.
I have a problem with my clock. It si going too slow. I am setting the clock with "sudo ntpdate pool.ntp.org" in the morning, and 8 hours later, when I return from work, the clock is 20 minutes late. What can I do. My machine is Fujistu-siemens laptop. I do not know what information I can provide you. If you need me to post something, just ask.
Regards

Is it a very old computer?
Computers use capacitors, your computer's clock do for remembering the time (it's just a dumb battery-ting), if that capacitor doesn't work that well anymore, your clock can lag behind.
Maybe your pc needs a reparation?
Or something I found on the internet: Synchronise your clock with an atomic clock: http://www.linuxjournal.com/article/5657

Although it's a treatment for the symptom, rather than the underlying issue, you could write a cronjob to resync it every hour or so.
