What's exporting $PATH?

Everybody has some extra things in $PATH I would like to get rid of. However, when I look into /etc/profile, $HOME/.bashrc, and $HOME/.bash_profile, the added paths aren't there. So what else could be affecting the $PATH variable? Also, there is no /etc/bashrc

Re: What's exporting $PATH?

A quick google showed me that this is not something Arch specific, however I've never seen this before.  is this (the /etc/profile.d thing) default/recommended behaviour since recently or something?
