Video Editing Software

One thing I haven't been able to find a good alternative to on linux, is Apple's Final Cut Pro. Sure there are a few crappy programs out there that do a few simple things, but I want something that's similar to FCP, at least in the respect that GIMP is to PS.

Does anyone have anything?

BTW, I've tried Cinelerra but couldn't really grasp onto it, like I could with FCP... So looking for some more alternatives.
