Eclipse + terminal plugin ?

Hi, I'm useing eclipse for programming microcontrollers, PIC from microchip. But I would like if there were any plugin or setting (have not found any so..) maybe plugin so that I could get an shell from inside. Just to typ in the command to the programmer...

Or this might be a long shot but is it any way that you can make a button thats runs a bash script then its clicked? (just a thought, would be nice)

Not sure if this will do what you want, but you can check the Terminal plugin for Gedit.

Yeah I'm not stupid.. haha I'we have looked at that plugin it seems like its not 100% tested for linux... Some guy wrote very bad about it that it was not working on linux... Thats why I tied the question here since I'm new to eclipse and I might have missed some basic thing that would help me out.. But thanks anyway.. I'll try it!
