KDE 4.2 mouse focus issue

Just upgraded to KDE 4.2 .... and it's awesome! I have a little problem though. If I have a program maximized, and click the menu, there's a little gap between the taskbar and the popup, so whenever I try to mouse up toward it, the maximized program takes focus, closing the menu...
Does anyone else have this problem?

Maybe you should check your window behaviour configuration in KDE system settings, especially the focus policy ones.
