how to Adobe's Flash Player?

im install  Adobe's Flash Player like this

#pacman -S flashplugin jre

And im restart firefox and go check on youtube and flash dosen't work..?

Are you sure that javascript has been enabled in the Firefox preferences menu?

ok im rebooting my laptop and now works but i no can hear music now..:/ this is my audio devices
