I beg your pardon, i'm an arch noob (half a year).

But shouldn't openoffice beta versions stay in testing repository? i'm just trying to think logical and to understand the infrastructure

Welcome to the forums.

One of the two Openoffice packages is the current stable release. The other is the current development version. I don't remember why it happed, but a long time ago there was a thread about this.
