Conect laptop to tv

Hi,

Does anyone knows how to connect a tv to a computer using an s-cable?

In windows, I could do that with the display manager.
I just had to select the output of the signal to the tv or notebook.

Im wondering if there is something similar for arch.

You can manage your graphics card's outputs with the xrandr utility, just type 'xrandr' in a shell
to get a list of known outputs. Then you should be able to enable the output for your TV using xrandr :-)
There are probably graphical tools for this, but personally I don't know of any.
