Install your CD-ROM? And what do you mean by not working - what are you doing, specifically, and what is going wrong? Error messages?

What desktop environment are you using? Gnome, KDE, etc.?
Can you manually mount your CD (Google)?

What kind of CD are you talking about? What do you expect/want to happen? Are you using any automounting daemon? What happens when you insert a usb stick?

1. check dmesg if there's anything scary about your drive
2. try to mount some CD manually
3. check that dbus+hal are running
4. check your fstab, if you expect hal to do the job, you should comment out some stuff (read wiki - basically cdrom+dvdrom entries)
5. check that volume management is enabled in thunar
6. don't do drugs as your avatar strongly suggests

It's also starting to smell of trolling.
A note to OP: With your english sucking so bad, it's not a good idea to post London as your location.
The day Microsoft makes a product that doesn't suck, is the day they make a vacuum cleaner.

Sorry, you just seem like a troll.
It looks like your permissions are all messed up, try a "chmod 1777 /tmp"
What did you do with the system ? Perhaps you should try re-installing Arch and following the Beginner's Guide
