[SOLVED] In KDE pressing logout shutdowns instead

I'm using KDEmod 4.2 with KDM. I just noticed over the past week that when I press logout, the computer shutdowns instead. It used to work perfectly. I don't think any changes have been made to the kdmrc or rc.d/kdm files. I tried downgrading the kernel I updated this week but the problem persists. (I apologize if this is a well-known problem but search didn't turn up anything.) Anything I can do?

Your default shutdown option may be altered, you can restore it through System Settings > Advanced > Session Manager.

I rechecked "Confirm logout" and that did the trick, thank you.
