I've been looking for over a year for a good 3D CAD on Linux... I've yet to find anything that works.
Any ideas on a good one?

Are you looking for anything specific in terms of features, etc.?
Also, try searching the Wine AppDB: http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.p … nding=true

None. MicroStation 95 for 2D is the best native Linux CAD application I have tried. Virtualizing a Windows environment for CAD it is really the only way to go for the sake of simplicity. I use products from Ashlar-Vellum (Wine support is buggy) who will not be porting their products to Linux anytime soon.

Varicad is native on linux but it was overkill for my requirements so I've recently bought Qcad Professional for 2D
