Tango/Clearlooks-esque Fluxbox Theme

I got tired of seeing tons of modular programs with the hicolor or tango icon theme, that can use clearlooks. So, I got bored and made this fluxbox theme to give fluxbox a bit more consistency with the default appearance of many GTK and XULrunner apps.
