Where To Add LDFLAGS Opts?

According to:

http://www.archlinux.org/pipermail/pacm … 07908.html

The current release of makepkg does not support settings LDFLAGS? Is this so (else I will append them to ./configure)?

You could use the git version of makepkg from here: http://dev.archlinux.org/~allan/makepkg-git.html

This can be installed alongside the makepkg from pacman.

Nice work, Allan smile . Rebuilt most of my userland apps with makepkg-git, everything works as expected so far...

Re: Where To Add LDFLAGS Opts?

Great to hear everything still works.  Hopefully this will be pushed in an official pacman release in the next month.

e.g. /usr/share/info/dir is automatically removed.  Same with *.pod and .packlist files from perl packages.
