[SOLVED] LXDE: Cannot Reboot or Shutdown
The title says it all really, I find for some reason I cant reboot or shutdown the machine using the LXDE provided buttons. If I press either logout or shutdown it simply takes me back to SLiM. I have my user added to the power group, and I really can't figure it out.

I'm sorry, but I cannot get the solution from the thread.
Could anyone tell me the detail about how to shutdown and reboot in LXDE?
My problem is the same as Bonner. I have shutdown and reboot buttons in the menu of LXDE, but after pressing it, I just return to SLiM and nothing else happens. What's wrong?
