[Compaq C700 Series] Fan issue after resume after suspend-to-ram

i have kdemod-powerdevil 1.4.2-1 on kdemod-kde4 in my laptop.

When i come back from suspend to ram, my laptop doesn't turn on cpu fan increasing the CPU temp. Also acpi -V doesn't show the battery (but is there).

On start it's all fine

Core0 had high tempereature because the fan cpu ventilator stops.

well until i have a melted piece of shit, i reboot. But i cannot, after #reboot it crash or something, because still in console with the sign REBOOTING forever.

Did you already upgrade to the latest BIOS for your laptop?

lastest insyde bios upgrade installed and the same issue.
